I'm lactose intolerant so casein is a definite no go for my stomach but this stuff on the other hand goes completely fine with me. It definitely has a thicker consistency like casein when mixed with fluid but not as thick. As far as satiety......I take meds at night that make me insanely hungry even if I've had 3k calories that day. This stuff stops that all. Overall another great product. Bought two pounds to start, about to order 4 more in different flavors!

Over the course of my fitness life, I have been seeking out the perfect protein. My search is over. I am not a huge fan of pure whey type proteins due to their fast assimilation. I love a good blend with more emphasis on the slower digesting types ( egg, casein ).
This hits the mark. Being compete milk it has the ratio I look for. The win-win for me and what seals the deal is how easily it mixes. A few spins of a spoon and it’s dissolved. Taste, none. Not a fan of flavored. I can jazz it up to my own preference as I want. Actually, as an unflavored powder it tastes rather nice. Finally, no processed crap or additives. All health based products should be free of additives, processing agents and potentially unsafe ingredients.
I am a customer for life and will continue to use this particular protein as my one and only……my holy grail.

Obviously, milk protein isolate is fantastic for recovery and muscle building but, sadly, this product doesn't mix well, nowhere near as well as the Team Skip formula. That's probably inherent in the milk protein isolate itself

I have been weight training for 40+ years and have tried just about every type, variation and mix of protein powders on the market. This milk isolate from True is, inn my humble opinion, the best. Mixes with a few stirs of a spoon in water, no dust all over the counter each time I make a drink and the non-flavor is quite nice. Knowing that there is no sucralose or Ace-K or any other “questionable” ingredient is also a huge perk to me. I even use it to cook with thus why the no flavoring is more beneficial to me.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a solid, safe, clean 80/20 blend.

Latest batch seems to not be living up to the label claims by manufacturer (or was substituted with one of the other milk isolates by TN , containing fat given the gluey consistency of the end product I'm using it in.
