    • Directions: Mix 1 Serving (About 1 Tbsp) in 8-12floz of water. Stir or shake, and enjoy!

    Not for me. The flavor of the beets is strong and not appealing to me. Also reviewing the science and it isn’t clear the actual benefits. I will wait until there is a better understanding and possibly easier way to take it.

    Beet Root Smoothie

    I mixed 2 scoops with about 12 ounces of water and it came out like I had put a couple beets in a blender and mixed them up. Not sure I could tell the difference between powder and the real thing

    Lowers blood pressure!

    This item has helped me get off my blood pressure medication. I have recommended it to others, and it has helped them as well.

    The quality of the powder varies each time, with some variants more tasty than others.
