    using this now 4 mo along with Creatine Mono and the Pre Workout powder. definitely have more power on bike and after pushing hard it seems I can "ask the legs to push on and more" without trouble. Til I am done and need Tart Cherry juice ! :)

    Acetyl L-Carnitine suppliment

    I've been trying to address cognitive issues which are likely caused by poor sleep and stress but could also be early onset of more serious conditions, so I've given this a try.

    The product is clearly high-quality as is with all of TrueNutritions offerings, and a good value, no complaint there. However, it certainly is not a magic bullet in addressing the issues I'm trying to address. I did notice during the month I've been using the ALC that my average exersize heartrate is ten beats lower, which is interesting but may not be associated. My mental clarity and ability to focus has continued to decline noticably.

    Of course, there are many factors involved with such things, so I'm not saying the product is bad nor do I think it isn't useful - but in my case, I think I need continue to work on the more obvious factors. ALC didn't help like I'd hoped.
