Fall is coming, and everyone’s obsessed with this pumpkin chocolate mousse—thanks to the secret ingredients: cottage cheese and our Vanilla Bean Grass-Fed Whey Protein. Creamy, protein-packed, and impossibly smooth, it’s dessert that hits all the right notes. Spoon it, dollop it, or go straight for the bowl.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Bean Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chocolate of choice (for shell)
- Optional: vanilla extract, cinnamon, sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar), smashed cookies (we used Catalina Crunch Vanilla Crème cookies)
Ingredients:
- Blend cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, whey, salt, and any optional ingredients until smooth.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over the mousse to form a cracked shell.
- Top with smashed cookies if using.
