Nostalgia meets nutrition. Blended strawberries, peanut butter, and our Grass-Fed Whey Protein (or Pea Protein if you prefer) swirled, chilled, and topped with crunch. It’s summer break in shake form—just with extra protein. 💪

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of our Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Vanilla, Strawberry, or Unflavored) Pea Protein works well too
  • 1 cup whole milk or oat milk (any milk of choice works)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (optional – for added creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice, as needed

Optional Garnishes:

  • Swirl of peanut butter inside the glass
  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • Whipped cream

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust: Add more berries for tartness, or a date for extra sweetness.
  • Pour into a glass and add toppings if desired.
