A bright, creamy smoothie that tastes like summer nostalgia—but packed with protein.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of custom blend of egg white & whey protein isolate (we added colustrum, hemp, & electrolytes to our mix!
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup plain skyr (or plain yogurt for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup milk of choice (we recommend whole milk or oat milk)
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 2–3 baby carrots (or a few thin carrot slices for exrta orange color)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and extra creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy right away.
