Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Trueflavor French Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein 
  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Ice, as needed
  • Optional: 1 crumbled oatmeal cookie (for extra flavor & texture)

  • With cookie: 560 Cals — P: 32g — C: 70g — F: 18g
