  • add oats and protein powder to a large mixing bowl.
  • in a separate bowl, stir together the nut butter, milk, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  • pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. fold in the butterscotch chips.
  • press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 dish or loaf pan.
  • refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • slice into bars and try not to eat half the batch immediately.
