Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
- Add oats and protein powder to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the nut butter, milk, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. fold in the butterscotch chips.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 dish or loaf pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice into bars and try not to eat half the batch immediately.
