Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop True Electrolytes
  • 8 oz coconut water
  • 4 oz filtered water
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (or more to taste)
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp spirulina powder for extra nutrients (*and that gorgeous blue color)
  • Optional: Ice cubes 🧊

Instructions:

  • Add coconut water, filtered water, electrolytes, lime juice, and honey to a glass. Stir until fully combined.
  • Sprinkle in spirulina for an extra nutrient punch.
  • Toss in some ice cubes, give it a final stir, and enjoy the refreshing goodness.

Pro Tip: Add a few fresh mint leaves or a splash of coconut water for a refreshing twist.
