Ingredients
- ½ cup Chocolate Thin Mint Pea Protein Powder (whey works too;)
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½–1 tsp peppermint extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix: almond butter, water, maple syrup, vanilla. peppermint extract
- Stir in the protein powder until a dough forms.
(Add a little more water if needed.) - Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Mix half of the melted chocolate into the dough.
- Press mixture evenly into the pan.
- Pour remaining chocolate on top and spread.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, then slice.
