Made with our Grass-Fed Whey Protein, real blueberries, and a splash of lemon for that fresh, punchy flavor. They’re bright, satisfying, and gone way too fast. Here's how you make them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup Grass-Fed Whey Protein (lemon cake or unflavored)
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, dried blueberries, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla. Stir until it all sticks together.
  • Press the mixture into a lined baking dish (8x8).
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
