Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup Grass-Fed Whey Protein (lemon cake or unflavored)
- ½ cup dried blueberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, dried blueberries, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Add lemon juice, honey, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla. Stir until it all sticks together.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish (8x8).
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
