Quick to make and packed with protein, these Funfetti Protein Bites are a fun way to curb a sweet tooth. Just mix, roll, and chill. Our favorite part - no baking needed.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup French Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2–3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (naturally colored if preferred)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  • Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons milk. Mix until a dough forms. Add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time if the mixture is too dry.
  • Gently fold in sprinkles.
  • Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan and slice into bite sized bars.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate & top with more sprinkles
