A rich, chocolatey drink packed with collagen to support skin, joints, and overall wellness.

Ingredients (1 cup / 1 serving)

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, oat, almond, etc.)
  • 1–1.5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Marine Collagen
  • 2 tbsp maple syrupp
  • A small pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, sea salt cold foam, marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Warm 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Do not boil.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat (or lower it) and stir in 1 scoop of collagen powder. Use a mini frother or whisk to prevent clumps
  4. Add maple syrup. Mix in vanilla or spices if desired.
  5. Pour into mug. Optional: add marshmallows, cold foam or whipped cream
