Chex, Cheerios, and pretzels coated in white chocolate and grass-fed whey make a crunchy, protein-packed snack. Toss, set, and enjoy. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder
  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup cheerios (we love Catalina Crunch brand)
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Red & blue sprinkles (optional —we like dye-free brands like Watkins)

Instructions:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex and pretzels.
  • Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals.
  • Stir in protein powder until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread onto the baking sheet and top with sprinkles if using.
  • Let set at room temperature or chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  • Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
