Skip the shake and switch up how you get your protein in. Easy to make, easy to grab, and a simple way to get a little more protein into your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2–3 tbsp milk, as needed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix in the peanut butter.
  3. Add protein powder, oats, cinnamon and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. If it feels too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time.
  6. Spread into the pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 20–24 minutes, until the center is just set.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing.
