Customer spotlight on Steven Blackshear! He was kind enough to to tell us a little about his self and how he incorporates True Nutrition into his training. Wether its studying for 18 hours a day, playing piano, or weight lifting, he does it with a smile. By the looks of it you can tell he loves what he’s doing and thats all that matters! What sports/activities do you participate in?
Weightlifting, piano, studying for my 18 hours of graduate school!
What are your top priorities at this moment in your life?
Gain acceptance into medical school
What does your nutrition and diet routine look like? How do your goals influence your nutrition and diet?
I eat high fat content, low carbohydrate and high protein. Lots of Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, lean hamburger patties. I like to stay lean and that’s why I go with lower carbohydrates and high protein.
What is your favorite thing about TrueNutrition.com?
I love their low prices and high quality!
What TrueNutrition products do you use to maintain your nutrition and dietary goals?
I currently use the whey protein and buzzsaw preworkout for the extra boost in the gym and studying after!
What is your favorite hobby/past time?
Hiking and camping!
What is a fun, weird, and/or interesting fact about yourself?
I have competed and won a bodybuilding competition in 2009, I am currently researching a muscular disease called myotonia congenita, which is is a disease that builds muscle almost uncontrollably!
