Mountain biking, lifting weights, snow skiing, hiking, anything outdoors
What are your top priorities at this moment in your life?
Maintain muscle while shedding fat
What does your nutrition and diet routine look like? How do your goals influence your nutrition and diet?
I track macros and lift 5 days a week and add in cardio a few days a week as well. My goals always influence my nutrition and diet. When I am cutting, I lower my macros and when I am bulking I increase them and I am a bit more relaxed at times during this period.
