Easy Protein-Packed Waffles



Looking to pack a PUNCH into your morning routine? Try out this easy-does-it, protein-packed waffle recipe:


  • 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • 2 scoops (1/2 cup) True Nutrition Protein Powder of your choice, Vanilla Cake Batter flavored
  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  1. Blend all ingredients until a thick consistency. (Add oats if too thin, or water if too thick.)
  2. Pour mixture onto waffle iron.
  3. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Top waffles with fresh fruit or make your own syrup from protein powder and almond milk. DONE!
