Pre Workout Snack Gummies!

Pre-workout Gummies:

1 tbsp Now Foods Beef Gelatin
1 scoop of True Nutrition Pre Workout powder of choice
(Sweetener optional if powder is unflavored)
   – Mix with boiling water.
   – Freeze for 1-2 hrs in non-stick pan 
          (Can use a candy or donut tray for shapes)
   – Put in fridge until ready to eat

Its a great, easy to make pre workout snack for early am workouts or any other time when you may not want to drink that much
