-3 ripe bananas
-1 cup old fashioned oats
-1 scoop True Nutrition vegan lean formula in chocolate fudge brownie (a mix of pea protein and rice protein, contains 24g protein!!)
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-1 tsp soy milk
-preheat over to 475
-combine all ingredients into a bowl
-scoop onto sheet
-bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown

(makes 12 muffins)⠀
2 cups gluten free oats⠀
2 scoops vanilla protein powder⠀
1 large apple grated (optional) ⠀
2 tablespoons almond butter⠀
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon⠀
1 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder⠀
3 cups almond milk⠀

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl, then spoon out into a silicone muffin tray. Bake for 25 minutes, then leave to cool if you can! ⠀
