Gemma Protein Isolate Powder is extremely high in Leucine, Arginine, and Glutamine, along with a balanced amino profile. It is clean tasting for a Pea Protein, and mixes extremely smoothly with a lighter texture than Whey powders. Gemma Protein Isolate is derived and isolated from peas and its natural protein fraction, which possesses a low level of denaturing and is very soluable (mixes very well). Gemma is NON-GMO, low allergenic and gluten free. As dairy prices continue to rise, vegetable-based products like the new Gemma Protein will begin to change the protein industry. The digestibility of this product is at approximately 90-95%. Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix a single 30 gram serving with 8-16 floz of your favorite beverage. Stir and enjoy!

Packaging

The order quantity will be combined in to a single container when possible based on the total volume of material ordered, or split in to several containers when needed unless otherwise requested by the customer. The EZ-Seal Upright Mylar Bag option contains a standard 70cc scoop, is resealable, and will be heat-sealed for your protection. The Plastic Jug option contains a standard 70cc scoop, an interior lining, and will be heat-sealed for your protection.

If you are getting unflavored thinking you can mix it in with your chocolate milk, then you will be in for a surprise. The powder tastes exactly like peas, so hiding it isn't an option. Other than that, it is great. I only consume this with water, and if I have to bring the calorie count higher, I will mix it with soymilk. I am a little concerned with the sodium content since it is considerably higher than that found in whey.

I enjoy this protein quite a bit. With Vanilla flavor (heavy x2, non-premium), and some sweetener, it tastes a bit like the old school weider protein from back in the day. I don't find this disgusting at all. It mixes well (altho I always use a blender), has a good protein profile and digestibility, and is great for a vegan protein and those with allergen issues with other proteins, which I have.

I think this is a great product. I did go with the premium chocolate flavor. It mixes well with water or soy milk and tastes pretty good. It is a litte bit gritty, so watch out if you are sensitive to that. Definitely plan to purchase more in the future.

Easy to mix. Smooth. The natural taste is a bit nutty, so going with a premium chocolate flavor matches well(always go with the premium flavors). The taste is not going to be like Nesquik, but it's not bad either. Whoever complains about it is a baby. Mix it up with a spoon and drink it down. Note, the powder is very fine, so it has a tendency to dust up sometimes. All in all, a good vegetable-based protein option.

It wouldn't matter if this stuff could cure cancer. This is the foulest stuff I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. It has a gravelly finish, like you scooped some dirt up and shook it up in your shake. the taste, texture, just everything. Ugh. And I can even stomach Green Vibrance, straight with a glass of water.
