Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge Bar Recipe!!

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops True Nutrition chocolate protein powder (sweetened with stevia/ or any flavor works well)
  • 2/3 cup flax meal
  • 4 tablespoons chunky or creamy natural peanut butter (almond butter works as well)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Stevia to taste (optional)

Servings – 4


Instructions: 

1. Mix everything together in a large bowl

2. Stir throughly

(Add a tablespoon of water at a time if too it seems too tough to stir)

3. Divide the mix into 4 equal portions

4. Put them into separate pieces of plastic wraps shaping them into bars

6. Put bars into fridge or freezer

7. ENJOY!

(can be eaten chilled or frozen or even right out of the bowl for the lazy)
